We simply know them from being in the industry for a while. We cannot guarantee they will be able to accept the job but are happy to pass along their details. We would not interfere or be able to assist with any issues/payments/scheduling regarding installation, this would need to be dealt with between yourself and the installer directly.
All installations require a firm and level base which you must provide and ensure is in place prior to installation. Any missing/damaged/incorrect components must be reported to Greenhouse Stores prior to installation to allow suitable time to rectify any issues. Greenhouse Stores cannot be held liable for any consequential losses associated with your order.
